Sean Light is the former Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Lakers, Arizona Diamondbacks, and New York Yankees and the founder and Principal of Saint Bartholomew.
Sean spent over a decade inside professional sports building the systems, frameworks, and diagnostic protocols that keep elite athletes performing at the highest levels of competition. What he observed during that time became the foundation of everything Saint Bartholomew does: the athletes who performed the longest were not just the most talented. They were the ones whose four core systems were most precisely maintained.
But what drives Sean is a belief formed through personal experience. As a lifelong sufferer of debilitating migraine headaches, Sean experienced firsthand, the limitations of conventional medicine, and what it finally feels like when the right system produces results. He built Saint Bartholomew because he knew the tools he used with professional athletes belonged to every high-performing human being who refuses to accept less.
He holds more than 30 professional credentials including Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Postural Restoration Trained through the Postural Restoration Institute. He has spoken at national industry conferences and guest lectured at universities.
