Assessment requests

• Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• Assessment times are confirmed by our team via the booking calendar we send you.
• The genMAX assessment is complimentary for HAMPTON members. Other arrangements are quoted separately.

Intellectual property

The genMAX system, assessment protocols, copy, video and imagery on this page belong to Saint Bartholomew and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saint Bartholomew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Participation in physical assessment and training carries inherent risk, which you accept when you attend a session.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
